retrieving info from a form

ok so some one fills a form and submits it and then 10 more people do the same...maybe on the control panel there is a button to retrieve this info sent by these 11 people. When it is downloaded it comes in a data base style?
just a thought I got while playing with a form I made then filled and submited to see how they come back.
