hyperlink alt tags

As the title suggests, it would be great if there was an option to add alt text to text hyperlinks (so you could make microsoft's web text box appear when the cursor hovers over the hyperlink. This would be helpful to add short descriptions to text hyperlinks.

That would be nice, even if it's something I don't use - but you can still do it if you want to code your links by using the html box and proper coding to do such.
