I have made quite a few logos and banners for websites and forums
(see here for examples http://www.plusplace.co.uk/temp3.html )
and I think it would be a good idea to have a section for users to request graphics / banners etc for their site.
It could be under the Graphics-Images section.
They can then be made by any members who wish to take on the assignment.
This wouldn't be to make an entire site but a logo or banner for their site or forum.
They would need to supply the info needed to complete the request,
ie
Type of Request: Banner
Text: My Site Name
Font: Black Chancery
Image Size: 700 x 200
Image Colors: 0B0011
background colour FFFFFF
Text Colors: EB0027
Links to images to be used
Plus any other info, such as - could you put image 1 on the right and image 2 on the left and the text bottom centre.
A link to their site / forum would also be useful to check out colour schemes etc.
