Finding URL address

With the old control panel it was possible to see and copy the address of any file by bringing it up for editing.
There does not seem to be way of doing this with the new control panel.
I have spent ages trying to bring a file up in my browser but whatever I try I get " not on this server."
Any chance of doing this?

Oh. And I also had that problem, and acctually I still do lol thx 4 bringing that up.
