    Error Log

    Hi everyone

When I click on the "Error Log" icon in my CP it shows 2 errors:

[Sat Feb 3 18:11:45 2007] [error] [client IP #] File does not exist: /home/myusername/public_html/404.shtml
[Sat Feb 3 18:11:45 2007] [error] [client IP #] File does not exist: /home/myusername/public_html/favicon.ico

What exactly is this information showing and what should I do to fix the problem?

How can I find out what acctions caused these errors to occur?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers

    Re: Error Log

It simply was showing you that DNS was processing, and you checked to see if your page was published......and that you did not have a "home" page found.

      Hi again Vasili,

So are you saying that actually everything is fine? What about the second log "favicon.ico'.

      Thanks for your reply.

Just the image associated with an HTML page pullup....it would not be found if the page is not, right?

        LOL

          OK Thanks

Although I cannot see what is so funny. It was the first time ever I entered that part of the CP. I am a newbie and most of the stuff I have to deal with at the moment I see for the first time in my life.
