Backing up my sites in c-panel??

    Backing up my sites in c-panel??

    Hi... Can anyone give me information about backing up my sites in the C-Panel? And Can I copy my Webbuilder files on to a CD for back up??

    Hi Doug,

    you don't need to backup your site in CP, VH takes regular backups should something happen they can restore it at least to how it was a couple of days before the problem,

    Your BV files can be backed up on a CD as all other files. Make sure to include the images, just in case......

        On CP on the Service Status there is a blinking yellow light saying Disk sdc1 88% (backup), have inquired what this means in customer support but have not received an answer, can you let me know if some action on my partm is needed?

              Hi... When I copy those BV files over to a disc the file image comes up with a little arrow in box on it.. what does that mean?? Still learning Doug .. and thanks

                I have made sure all my images and all my pages are in my BV folder - then once a week I back it up to an external hard drive. sometimes more often if I've made a complicated change or addition.
