Wrong IP Address in Control Panel

I had to reformat my pc and lost all my welcome emails!
When I go into the control panel it is showing 3 IP addresses and asking me to pick mine but none of them are mine.
I have my ISP email configured and working but I cannot get lindsay@snippetsgrooming.co.uk.

Can anyyone please help me as I may be missing customers!!
