Where IS the control panel?

I just signed up (a few hours ago) and know nothing.
I'm looking through the tutorial list and can't find where to find it(CP).
Domain name is randratvrental.com
Account ID#- UNKNOWN
I guess I'm still hosted by the other guys and need to figure out what to do next.
Do I need the control panel to load my new site?
How do I find info on what my next step is?
I can't test my new site (links etc) or put them in without the CP right?
I'm just feeling in the dark here.

You can't do anything with out the username and login that they email you. If you have registered and paid, and haven't received that email within 24 hours then submit a support ticket and they will get it handled

In order to publish the website that you are building with the free blue voda website builder software you will need to purchase a web hosting account ... which if you want to use the free blue voda website builder must be used along with a voda hosting account .. and yes, it does cost money, hardly anything really when you look at it in a years subscription, it's the best deal around ..
