Control panel user name lost

Yesterday I completely lost my hard drive and had to call in a computor technician who attempted to recover my data including emails but found it impossible.
He replaced the hard drive and I've now set up my email address again and have downloaded BV.
I can't send a support ticket as I have to provide my user name,which is gone and I can only log into this forum.

Is there any way my original BV details can be sent again?

Where is your email with? Unless you are running an exchange server or something of the link on your computer, none of your emails are actually stored on your computer (That is unless you saved a copy to your computer and deleted the original).

You don't have to login to submit a support ticket, and you can just type anything in for the username so it will submit (it won't check if its correct), you can just submit a support ticket that way
