OpenRealty version in Fantastico

Hi Voda citizens,
I notice that the OpenRealty version in Fantastico is only 2.4.1 but on openrealty website, the version is 2.4.4.

I suppose I must use the latest version, right??? Or would that create problems if I load the latest version?
