How do I configure Incredimail manually in the cPanel, since it is not listed for automatic or manual configuration

You cant configure specifically for Incredimail thru Cpanel. If it uses the same settings as Outlook.. you simply have to manually do those settings for incredimail.. or use incredimail to import your outlook settings.
