Fantastico and Noah's Ads

Sorry I am not on line yet with my website, but I'll ask anyway. I have read in the forum that as of March 08' there were problems installing Noah's Ads through Fantastico via cPanel. Does any one know if the problems have been resolved so as to avoid manual installation?
