How to load from cpanel to site

Hi All-

I have just started to explore the cpanel and what it does. I understand it is where the 'content' to my site it stored.

I have 'uploaded' several audio files to the cpanel, through the file manager, and now I am trying to figure out how I can get them active on my website from the cpanel.

Can someone please assist? Thanks!
