Can't login after an absence!

Hi,
I can't login to my control panel because the named server ip adress in my welcome email is no longer listed on the names server list so how can I access my control panel please?

see if you can find the Voda Number as opposed to the ip and sign in.. and

www.whateveryoursiteisdotcom/cpanel

And try to login
