How do I upload video files?

How do I upload video files to my directory? Do I use the same "upload files" in my ControlPanel that I use for image files? I'd like to upload a video that I filmed and am not sure what is the protocol for videos.

You can upload a video file in your control panel yes. You don't have to upload image files though, they will automatically upload as you publish your pages, maybe you have a reason, but just to let you know.
