No longer have welcome letter infirmation

I haven't been active in a bit and I also have a new computer, so my welcome letter info is gone. I've tried a couple of ticket areas here, but they want info I don't have to send in a ticket to get info I don't have.

Where can I apply to get another welcome letter, or the information contained within?

This can only be got from the support desk. You will have to supply them with at least the email address you used. Or the domain name if this was purchased from them.

It happened to me more than 1 time. All you do is log an support ticket and tell them the story. The form will ask relevant information, just enter the information you know and submit. Soon you will have your welcome letter in your inbox.
