    Be sure you are publishing to the correct directory .. public_html for the main domain of your voda hosting account, or public_html/addondomain for a 2nd, 3rd or subsequent domain .. Or as you say, you may be having an issue with cache .. in which case, it should clear itself ..

        clicking F5 many times can help if it's a caching problem....and IF it's a caching problem you could try this:
        go to page HTML (right clicking on empty part of page)
        click 'between head tag'
        type in the following EXACTLY

        <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

        save the page & republish,

          We would need to know a specific change that has been made to answer this as we don't know what was there before.
          You also need to start building your site from the left of your BV screen as you will have to start again if you centre the site as you see it on your screen.

            hi,
            pressing f5 doesnt fix the problem .
            the changes that i try to make on the index page of www.liatfrank.com
            are adding a simple form of contacts ,removing objects like frames, changing shapes or adding text .it just doesn't publish the changes .

              Try SAVING the page first ... then Publish.
              Often, Blue Voda will not recognize any changes to a file format without replacing an "older" version, so it is important to SAVE it first, then PUBLISH it as a completed file.

                  Re: doesnt publish changes

                  There are only few reasons why you are struggling with this process:

                  1) You are experiencing a connection issue on your end. You might need to reset modem, flush dns, or run a tool to clean cache or scan for performance issues. POSTED TIP

                  2) You are trying to publish to a non-VodaHost server, or are not publishing via the PUBLISH function within Blue Voda (using FTP instead);

                  3) Are publishing to the wrong server altogether, and might need to download/install a new version of Blue Voda (which may self-repair if anything is wrong with it) as well as have the updated list of servers). > Download version 10.2

                  And ... one last time to reiterate that you have in fact published to the proper Directory, and that you have in fact refreshed your browser the best you can -- even in Preview.

                  If after exhaustive precise methods described do not provide you with a resolution, Submit a Support Ticket to have them verify complete functionality (which will then re-direct attention to YOUR end, and your system at fault).

                  BTW: Neither I nor anyone else can read your mind or see from where we are what you are doing or what your system is experiencing, and when you do not provide details that lend a cognizant conclusion, WE have to guess at what is fouled up .... so there is no "of course" to anything: you would be surprised at what goes on!

                    Re: doesnt publish changes

                    Your problem is very simple:

                    You have TWO index pages

                    index.php and index.html

                    You need to make a decision on which one you want to use and remove the other one off your server.
                    Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

                        Either through using your BV FTP.
                        Or login to your Cpanel & delete it from there.
                        Regards Chris.

                            Simply leave it there as the only index page! If it is the only index page still on the server, it is the only one that will be visible!

                            * Just don't forget to refresh your browser so it reloads the proper page version for view.

                              deleting a page through cpanel

                              im trying to delete a page (index.html) for having index.php as my default index on site www.liatfrank.com

                              i watched the tutorial of how to delete a file ,did as it says ,but still index.html is the default .so i guess i didnt do it correctly ,
                              can you help me with the steps of doing it ?

                              i tryed to view the file on manager file ,but html files are not shown as published
                              so i think i deleted to correct file but still page index.html is live .
