I used to be able to login to Cpanel from the vodahost site but now the IP address 75.126.169.140 is not on the list. I understand I can still login via other methods but is there a reason why this address is missing? Anything would help.

It could oly mean your subscription had expired and you need to renew your hosting account with VodaHost.www.siapamoyanganda.com/

Probably you were on one of those servers that were replaced and of course this means that the IP address has also changed.
Login to your CPanel through this:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel changing yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.Navaldesign
