I am setting up our emails in the control panel. our emails are all forwarded from web site to our server. do i need to set up a pop email account on the control panel?

and also can you point me in the direction so i cn create an "guest list" or a contact us page?
and how do i learn more about "targets"..? is there anyway i can have my media player open up in a new window?

To make an email campaign you need a mailing list manager http://www.aweber.com/ is one of the most known.
