pngfix.*** - Possible error page?

Looking at my stats in the control panel I see that the most visited page on my site is pngfix.*** - What is this? Our livelihood depends on this site and I'm concerned that visitors may be seeing an error page!

pngfix is there to help with the display of .png images in browsers.

IE has problem with the display of .png images.
