Cpanel Roundcube email problem

I am having difficulty receiving my email for a site established via cpanel. I have used these programs successfully for several months since I established my site. When I try to log in I get a "your connection has expired" and when I reenter my email and password I get "Connection to IMAP Server failed" This happens about 80% of the time and then every once in a while I'll get through. I've tried the squirrlmail and horde options with no better results.

Any ideas?
