cant delete old pages :C

Hi

I cant fined and old page i want to delete on the file manager. when i search, i get it, but when i doble click it will not go to the file, and i can not fined it.
This is an old design and i really want to delete it, what to do??

I just fined out there are alot of old design pages i can not fined on file manager on cpanel. I am confussed. And also the file manager is craching my explorere everytime!

1. Open the VodaHost Conrol Panel.
2. Open the File Manager.
3. Select the Web Root (public_html/www) radio button.
4. Click the Go button.

In the right-hand side pane, you should see your files.
Have you done it this way?

OR

Open BLueVoda and goto Tools>select FTP.

Click connect when the FTP dialogue opens.

On the right hand side will be all your files in cpanel.

Find the old file and delete.

I have done all this, tried bouth from bluevoda and cpanel. But they dont show.
I then tried legacy file manager in cpanel and they all show :S
but the down side is that i can not mark several files at ones so it will take very long time.

If you cant find the page then my guess is that you may have a bug in your server [Malware?] or somebody is hacking into your designs.

You may need somebody more knowledgeable to help you.

I use FileZilla as my FTP. It's free and works great. You can select multiple files with it and delete them all at once. (FileZilla.com).

hmmm but it does show in the legacy file manager.

I try the filezilla.com but i got voodoo files and i cant enter :S

Now the file manager in cpanel wont open, it only say loading data :S

I must be stupid in this hoho

Try close and re-open it again. With File Manager you will only be able to handle one file at a time. Either use the FTP as explained above by Zuriatman or another FTP you are familiar with to handle multiple files. You must be able to see your files with the FTP.

I think there is a trojan or worm in the servers at VH.

I see a lot of posts with people not being able to delete pages, publish normally, connect, or even access Control Panels, yet there is no one telling the truth.
