    login question

    OK i signed up and i paid. When i go to the control panel to try and log in i have no idea what my webmail login might be....when i enter my domain name it also doesn't work. When i try and publish a page it tells me my password is not correct....the password dots shown on the control panel login after my email address have nothing at all in common with my password.....what should i do ...i hope the rest of blue voda is not as confusing as just logging on???

    Follow the detailed instructions for accessing all areas of your account as provided in the Account Confirmation and Welcome email you received (usually comes within a day of your actual transaction).

    It gives you specific instructions on how to Logon to your Control Panel, which IP to Publish to, etc.

    If you need to brush up on the many processes of how to manage a web account (logon to webmail, establish domain email accounts, access Directories, Publish your Blue Voda pages, etc.), you should review the many topically-specific Tutorials for Control Panel, the Tutorials for Email and Tutorials for Blue Voda. Being video Tutorials, they are the easiest way to learn things you assumed you already knew, and should always be your first resource to draw upon.

    Sounds to me as if you are mixing up concepts and methods slightly without having yet received your information-packed Welcome email with all the details needed ....

      i still don't get it...i did receive a welcome email with my user name and password but when i try to publish a page it tells me the password is not correct....

      and i still don't know how to log into the pages on the control panel? do i have more than one password? why is the password shown in dots on the control panel obviously not my password as way longer? i only paid an hour ago and have received welcome emails etc but don't see anything that gives much details on how to log in...does that mean i should just wait a day for another email?...VERY CONFUSING

        Why are you trying to log onto the pages via Control Panel???
        Where in any of the instructions, Tutorials, or techniques promoted in these Forums has that ever been suggested or useful?

        You have not yet received the Account Confirmation and Validation email as mentioned. If you had received it, you would know the difference and not be without obvious Logon details.

          so in other words i should just wait and i will receive an email sometime that will give me more details and then hopefully i can publish pages etc?

            Yes. The email you are waiting for includes all the details you need to successfully publish your Blue Voda created web pages in the normal, standard manner .... not by using the temporary method you mentioned above that comes merely in the acknowledgement email from VodaHost.
