can't delete file

I can not delete file in public_html folder. File named "���html" looks corrupted . I do not know this file was crated and when. After deleting looks like comand completed but nex log-in this file appears again.

From your Control Panel, there should be no problem deleting this file.

It is most likely one that you attempted to publish using a foreign language/alphabet, not knowing that the reason you could not create folders, pages, and other items in a foreign text is because all such items and files need to be formatted in English (the official language of the internet and computers in general). *You can have text on the pages in a foreign text and characters, but the structure of files and your hosting account needs always be created in English ....

If after repeated attempts you cannot delete this suspect file, it is best to Submit a Support Request that they first look at it and then delete it for you.

Try deleting the file from File Manager in CPanel. CPanel is Unicode compliant, so you will probably be able to delete the file.

The BV built in FTP instead is not Unicode compliant.
