Web disk

I am trying to install the web disk but I get a message saying that the firewalls for port 2078 and 2077 should be turned off. I have no idea how to get to these port to turn the firewall off. I only know how to totally turn the firewall off which I think isn't too safe.
Can anyone help me with this/
