    cPanel login has become "invalid"

    Hello!

    user: ztegxwbd
    domain: driftlessorganics.com

    For the past 48 hours, I have been unable to log into my cPanel. An attempt from https://voda11.vodahost11.com:2083/ results in the error message "The login is invalid".

    I have tried the following:

    1) logging in from the above url
    2) Following Vasili's steps in browser caching. (( How to Flush Your DNS ))
    3) logging in from http://vodahost.com/clientlogin.html (as also per Vasili's suggestions)
    4) submitting a support ticket (suggested I try logging in from https://voda11.vodahost11.com:2083/)

    I am also having email troubles and believe that the two are linked because I use the same login information for my mail servers.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Contact Support to have them remove a possible Lockout that may have been automatically placed on your account, as the servers do this after 3 unsuccessful tries to logon due to them perceiving this as a possible hack attack trying to breach Logon Security.

    You may wish to also request a Password Reset to "refresh" the entire process to re-establish access. You can always change the Password from inside cPanel once you do gain access.
