Redirects not working

Hi,

I just set some redirects in Cpanel from my main domain to a subdomain. However, the redirects don't seem to be executing when I visit the page in question. I have the link on 20,000+ pages so it's just much simpler to set redirects.

Does anyone know I can make them work or if there's something I may be doing wrong.

AS ALWAYS .... URLs of the "Main" page and the destination "Sub" page, please!
