    Re: back up

Backing up you site in a folder under public_html is a waste of time and serves no purpose since its on the same account. keep a backup on your desktop computer.

      Re: back up

I save back-ups on my computer. I would like to know, what option should I use when I choose back-up in cpanel:
      1) home directory-if I choose this one, will I back-up everything?
      2) if I want to back up only fotoribolov.com (pages for this site are in folder /fotoribolov/ under public-html folder), should I choose alises?

Your website is on your computer already. You do not have to back it up off the server.

This is entirely up to you, we do daily customer backups as part
of your hosting package..But we back up our own databases every
                hour. (24/7/365)

It all depends on how valuable your data is to you.
