oh yeah and i havnt actually got that welcome e-mail. and i am a new customer i hav only had this account for less than 1 day. can i still get access to the control pannel?

ok- I know you want to cover your bases but usually one post (in one section) will generally get you an answer.

You welcome mail should take between 24 to 48 hours and it will contain all the info you need.
