Removing up-wanted file

Hi, I have loads of unwanted files, gif etc, is there easy way to find out which files etc are still in use?

Or do I have to manuely remove each one?

The files that are not in use are the ones you are not using:)

If they are not being used they are useless and should be removed with Blue FTP.
