Webhost cgi-bin directory

Hi, Can anyone help with loading files into the cgi-bin directory?
In c-panel there is CGI-Centre, but I cannot find anyway of uploading files to it?
Any help would be appreciated....

Messing with the cgi-bin can be quite rischy. However, you can directly FTP scripts in your cgi-bin folder. Use BlueFTP or your favourite FTP software.
