Transferring an Existing Domain name?

I have had my one site name with Thirdsphere, and decided to change its hosting to vodahost.
They sent me a closure email and sent instructions and url to change server to new host etc.
So what do I do and where do I get the necessary info for the server to pointed towards Vodahost?

ps.
I also would like to be made a Field Marshall, can't be messing about with these small titles?
If thats not available, then A Dukedom or is that Dukedumb?
Or a Earl?

I want A Vodahost URL of course???

If I had got a copy of the welcoming email, then I would obviously have consulted this instead of asking for help?
Sorry if the reply is blunt, but frustration is getting to me!
