website not showing up

I just paid my yearly annual fee for a premium account. I have one free domain name with that account. My website is at http://www.buyhouseplansonline.com and I get a page that is not my website and it says that my domain name is expired and it should not be expired if my account is up to date.

Who do I need to speak to to get my website back up and running?

You let your domain expire, we have sent you three email invoices about it.

Anyway, I have taken the liberty of renewing it for you it should be back online shortly,
I have also emailed you the invoice again, please check your bulk mail and spam folders.
