    Transferring Verification E-Mail

Did anyone have trouble receiving the verification e-mail to transfer their domain? I have made sure that I am the admin contact, the e-mail address is correct, all spam blockers have been turned off, it is unlocked. Any suggestions?

    How long has it been?

Are you transfering another domain name to Voda Host of vice versa?

Do you already have a hosting account with BV? If so, can you sign in via voda host and check to see if it was transfered?

      Re: Transferring Verification E-Mail

Thank you Andy. I have been trying to get it transferred since Sept. 17. The problem is that I am not receiving the verification e-mail that BV is sending. They tell me that it cannot transfer until I acknowledge the e-mail. I have talked with my phone company, the registrar that I purchased the domain name from and both say there is no reason that I cannot receive it. I have also been in constant contact with the BV Help Desk and they do not see why I am not receiving it. I will see if I can figure out how to check as you say. Marleen

Can you send BV an e-mail from your account? IF so, then they could reply and see if it gets through? At least if you send one of the support crew an e-mail, that is one step to diagnos the problem.

IF you haven't already sent them an e-mail- contact support and see if they will do this for you.

The BV Help Desk and I have sent back and forth many many e-mails. Probably almost 50. And everyone gets through. I guess I am wondering what makes the verification e-mail so different that it could not get through? I also receive e-mails from all over the country and I have never had anyone tell me this. The verification e-mails from BV must be going somewhere but we just can't figure out where.

Surely they will find a work around for this.

            Good luck.

The transfer email is not from us, it is from enom, enom is the largest domain transfer and domain storage companies in the world. They handle over 10,000 transfers per day for almost every web hosting company on the planet. The entire proccess is fully automated. Please make sure you are listed as the domain administrator and check your bulk mail and spam folders.

                  Re: Transferring Verification E-Mail

Thank you thank you thank you. The domain is edgerydoo.com . I also own .net and .org but I was only transferring .com at this time to try not to confuse things. I am listed as the admin, it is unlocked and all of the spam blockers have been turned off. The support ticket is AGX-939593 and transfer order (new one) is 32917688. The last message from the Help Center was that they were asking if the verification e-mail could be sent SMTP. Can you tell me what makes this verification e-mail so unique from others? Marleen

Any ideas why I cannot receive the verification e-mail? I have received e-mail at the address from both BV and Ipower. Baffled. Hopefully once this gets fixed it will be smooth sailing from here on. Thank you.
