change domain name

I am trying to change my domain name and it has been hard. I have registered it twice and they say they still don't have it. Has anyone else had this problem?

What do you mean they say they don't have it? That sounds like it means it's already taken. Or do you mean you purchased it and it still doesn't show as yours?

I registered it and they said they did not receive it. They even sent me a thank you notice, than a payment notice. Then they say they never received it! None of this makes sense. This is a business website. I don't know what to do. Laura sent it to the domain department yesterday but I still haven't heard from them.

Beth, I heard from domain.com and they want me to register again. I love this. Third time.
