Spelling of a domain name

Hi guys

My brother in law bought a domain name and I noticed that he made a spelling mistake. Instead of "Bargain" he wrote "Bargin". Is there anything I can do to change this? Can I buy another domain name for $19.95 or do I have to pay another $115 ?
