Where is the account sitting? If with another company, you need to go there to change it.

        Re: change dns

from the looks of his/her dns it's with a company like godaddy
godaddy has the same (securesever.net) godaddy doesn't do the dns change the person who owns that account can do so by logging into godaddy or there server and unlock their domain and place all info in the dns area and wait up to 72 hours.
which i know you knew that :)

You reset your dns by going into your account, not your control panel, but into your account ... you will see all the tabs that will take you there to enter the new servers ... you will need to enter both server names you were provided with from your email from voda on that very email, along the top you will see the words 'my account' ... go in there
