Existing Clients should always make contact to VodaHost Customer Support by Submitting a Support Ticket, which automatically profiles the account in question, and facilitates a more accurate response.
CLARIFICATION It was kindly pointed out to me that I might have mis-read the original question...
1. If you want to change your domain name itself, that cannot be done once the purchase has been made. You need to purchase an additional domain name as you desire it to be (if still available). That is why there are so many reminders to enter your domain name exactly as you wish it to appear.
2. You can reset the Primary Domain name for your VodaHost account, provided it is a valid domain, registered to you, currently not in ther process of renewal (under the mandatory 90 day residency hold, if you intend to transfer it), and is not disputed anywhere (according to ICANN Rules). > Again, this is a request made to Support by Submitting a Support Ticket, as mentioned above....and a modest fee should be expected to make this change on your behalf.
