      For Dori,

Check out the bracelets page. I added the information about Hematite as you suggested. Thanks, really appreciate it.

        Re: What Next?

The only part I think is confusing is that your names look the same because only the .com and .org change.

For the se's and because you are so new, I think you are best off republishing all the pages to the new .com domain - then redirecting the .org to the .com.

It's not a difficult procedure - just will take a bit of time.

          Re: What Next?

And this is the ONLY procedure. As Bethers said, edit your links (in the site that you have built for the .org site) to point to the same pages, but with the .com ending, publish the pages in the com subfolder, then redirect the .org. site to the .com.

Excellent Bubbee! You might try putting Hematite into the description of your individual bracelets as well.

                Re: What Next?

on the index page, you don't want to put anything in links to the page except "http://www.bubbeesbeads.org or for the new you'll want .com - you do NOT need or want the /index.html on the index page in your links. To publish this page, you'll save it to your new .com files - and publish

On all the other pages, you'll take the page name - for example if you had a page: http://www.bubbeesbeads.org/funpage.html - the ONLY change will be the new link after publishing to .com will be: http://www.bubbeesbeads.com/funpage.html

The only changes are the .org all become .com - except get rid of the /index.html in links to the home/index page (which you didn't want to begin with)

                  Re: What Next?

Everything said pretty well. Just one thing: do NOT forget to create on your computer, a folder inside your BV folder,. when you open a page and edit it for the .com site, save it in this new folder. This way the original pages will remain intact if by any case you decide to keep the .org site as it is and you need separate (but identical) pages for the two sites.

                    Hello Bubbee,
Could you please explain me how it was with Homestead because I`m in the same situation now. After 4 weeks awaiting and replying I just received a confirmation from Homestead that my domains are unlocked.( I have asked about that 4 or 5 times!) Now I need some authorization key and have to update my name servers. I have to ask Homestead again!
                    How did you do that?
Honestly said , I have a panic because every confirmation from Homestead I have to wait for about 7-9 days ( I was a Platinum Member and every reply on my questions shoud be maximum the next day. It was.... but now....)
                    Thank you in advance
                    Marina
