Add on Domain

I have just purchased and added a second domain to my soholaunch website (thought I would save some money). However I am having problems publishing the new site, I keep getting an error message (12031) that the account has been reset.
I am trying to create the new website in Bluevoda, is this the problem ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you saying that you are trying to have 2 Soho accounts in one VH account? If so, you can only have one download of Soho per VH account. You can have multiple domains within VH but only one Soho.

I have one VH account and one Soho account, I was trying to add the new domain to the Soho account.

no, you need to add the new domain to the cpanel of VH.

I have switched my add on domain to my BV account but still getting a password error notification even after changing the password in my control panel.
