Ok so i built a site for "The Ramp Shack" and i am not so sure what info i need to get in order to transfer the domain(rampshack.com) to go directly over to www.clannsr.com/rampshack. How would i do this with out having to do a meta refresh like i have right now. Do i need the dns servers and i can i just go in cpanel and click on add on domain i am pretty sure that is what you do but when i get the info from the ower of the domain i want to make sure i ask for the correct things.

Not sure what you are asking for: do you mean that you want to add the www.rampshack.com to your www.clannsr.com account as addon domain?
If yes, then
1. You change the rampshack.com nameservers to be the same nameservers of your account.
2. You add the rampshack.com as addon domain in your account. Thia will automatically create the "rampshack" folder inside your public_html, and there is where you will need to publish. Allow 24 - 48 hours for DNS propagation.Navaldesign
