    do u think $3900 is too much to pay for a domain that its owner company isnt even using?

    Hi, if it’s a particular great name & it’s what you want, NO! But domains are more often brought on there track record & how they are performing with the SE’s as a running site. This is what you should be paying for. If it’s not the greatest name, you maybe better purchasing one for 15 to 20 Dollars & spending $3900 on good promotion.

      I think it would depend on what the domain name is and what it's page rank is, but there's no way on this planet that I would ever consider paying anywhere near that for a domain name. I think it's too much money.

        yeah its just a name .com and its owner company has no affiliation with it whatsoever. they bought it just some months ago and now want pretty high price for it lol

                  Naval is right...think about the value to you and then I would just make them an offer of what you can afford based on what value you perceive it to have for you!

                      Page rank does not mean that much (It does mean something), If he wants $3900 , there must be a reason....Could the reason be that he knows how bad you want it?????
