    New born account needs help

    CLIENT ID #15558

    1) I've registered my domain name at a Greek registrar, in both Greek and Latin characters. That is ntonoudi.gr and ντωνούδη.gr. I have made an update of the DNS to ns1.voda16.com & ns2.voda16.com. The problem is that when I go to BlueFTP for the upload, I can't find the equivalent IP servers, which should be 75.126.249.184 & 75.126.249.185. What should i do in order to move on?

2)I have already paid for 3-years here in Voda for hosting. My domain name is in Greek characters (ντωνούδη.gr). I have the details of my account and i need to make immediate changes to POP (incoming email) server, to SMTP (outgoing email) server and to the Account email address, because the Greek registrar doesn't accept Greek character for mailing accounts (same as you). Will i have to pay extra for these changes? will i have to create a totally new account just because the domain name will be in Greek and the mailing account in Latin?

I can only answer your first question:

Please download BlueVoda again. Because of the numbers of new members we get daily, new IP addresses are added all the time. BlueVoda is updated regularly to include the new IP addresses. When you download again your IP address will be listed, have no fear. You can download it here. You won't lose any of your work, don't worry.

You mean that you want the main domain name to become the latin character one ? if so, you can still doit free of charge as your account is still fresh. Please submit a support ticket asking the help desk to change the main domain from "ντωνούδη.gr" to whatever you like.

As a rule, NEVER use gr chrs for domain names, it can cause problems with the various datacenters in the world. Major greek sites all have latin chrs domain names (megatv, otenet, dol, plaisio etc)
