My friend own a domain name, and wants to give it to me if I want?
How to tranfer it to Voda and put it under my name?

Your friend would firstly have to sign into his domain registrar and transfer the domain to you and you would then have to accept. .. Once this domain is in your name, you can point this domain from that registrar to voda servers or you could transfer this domain to voda, via submitting a support ticket, there is a charge for this service ...
