1. I have an ad-on domain (name: give2get.net) and want to publish pages to that domain.

The Tutorial tells me to manually enter the new domain public_html/give2get and then publish my page.

If I want to call this the index page how do I name it 'index' when I already have a page called index for my prinary domain.

2. How are additional pages published?
Will it be ... public_html/give2get/empress.html

1) public_html/give2get is a different folder/directory, each and every folder on your website can have its own independent index page. (Just like on your computer you can't have two files with the same name in the same folder, but you can have two files with the same name in different folders)

2) Instead of the default public_html, just make sure it says public_html/give2get and anything you publish will go to that directory
