my registrar rejected my transfer

Hi.....this was the message I received regarding my tranfer. I had all the appropriate information....the account is 5 years old. It was unlocked. I really don't understand what this means....Do they own me?

You need to contact them to find out why. In the meantime, you can point your nameservers here and use the domain name here.
