Domain Name Transfer

We currently have a website through another host which is a .com. We are a law firm and we receive our email at the .com. We joined Voda Host and have our site up and running as the same name as the .com, but as .net. We did this because we did not want to interrupt our email until the website was up and going. We cannot afford to have our email service interrupted. We do not want to have the .com point to the currently active .net website. We want to transfer the .com website to Voda Host and have that be our main account and we want the website that is currently at .net to be at .com. In summary, our issues are:

1. How do we get the .com transferred over to Voda Host without interrupting our email service?

2. How do we have the website we currently have set up at .net become our website at .com once we have transferred .com to Voda Host.
