Strange issue with new domain

Purchased a new domain yesterday, set up the DNS etc, added the domain on my cpanel, uploaded my blogging script via ftp and set up the correct permissions now when I try to access the site (which should automatically start mysql set up page) there is nothing in both firefox and IE.

Any ideas? Done this plenty of times before and can't work out whats going on.
