Problem registering

Im trying to register to vodahost domains to transfer my domain name.

It tells me 'last name' field hasnt been filled in.
There is no last name box.

I have put first name seperated by a comma then last name how it says.

any ideas why?

ive managed to host my vodahost site through my existing domain name holder by changing the name servers.

Is that ok to do?
