Which is easier??

I am currently hosted by DarkstarLLC but am in the midst of transferring here. There are two ways to do it as I understand.

Firstly, have darkstar change the DNS Name servers to Voda's

Secondly, Go thru the 3 steps about looking it up on Whois, making sure I am the admin, and making sure it is "unlocked".

My question is if I take the first choice will I be able to use Voda's software and will I upload/publish thru Voda's control panel? It is so much easier and user friendly.

Either choice will allow you to use everything vodahost has to offer
